The staff was helpful during my four-day stay. I especially appreciated the complimentary dinners offered. The manager, Mr Pankaj, ensured my stay was comfortable. The buffet provided an excellent variety of choices.
I noticed the cleanliness in the room needed improvement. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly.

the check-in process was smooth. the staff were friendly. the food was marvelous (i loved the breakfast selection!). i found the service to be really good.
the gym equipment looked a bit old. the air conditioning there wasn't working well. i hope they will improve this soon.

the pool area features about twenty loungers along with a shaded section for relaxation. there is a very small gym next to the spa (it looked smaller than expected).

our room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there was a dressing gown available inside the wardrobe. the mini bar was stocked with basic refreshments.

The staff were really friendly and always ready to help. The restaurant had a good standard and a nice variety of dishes. I really appreciated the professional service, I felt very welcomed.
The gym was somewhat smaller than expected.

The pool was very refreshing, especially after spending time in the heat. The hotel offers convenient access to taxis, which makes visiting local attractions very simple. It was a very useful service. The hotel is modern and clean!

The location is really good, it is close to Connaught Circle. I was able to easily access many attractions because the hotel had taxis and tuk-tuks nearby, they were super helpful. The location was modern and clean!
